Tikveš Winery Celebrates 15th Annual Young Wine Festival
For the fifteenth consecutive year, Tikveš Winery hosted its much-anticipated Young Wine Festival on the third weekend of November, showcasing the latest harvest and emphasizing the quality of its new wines. Under the slogan “Taste the moment, experience the adventure,” this year’s festival once again brought together a large number of friends, associates, and partners from both Macedonia and abroad.
A highlight of the event was the exceptional young Smederevka wine, which left a strong impression on attendees. For the first time, young wines from the Malvasia and Stanushina varieties were also introduced, promising to delight wine lovers with their unique character and taste.
Guests were treated to an unforgettable experience, with entertainment provided by young jazz musicians from the Music Academy at the Goce Delchev University in Shtip, alongside performances by renowned guitar virtuoso Vlatko Stefanovski, Serbian musician Dejan Petrovic and his Big Band, and DJ Marko Mint.
As part of the festival’s tradition of giving back, guests were invited to make donations to charity. The funds raised will support the Donate a Computer initiative, providing technology to underprivileged families, and the Equal Opportunities Commission of Kavadarci, which works to empower women and promote gender equality at the local level.
We eagerly await the accolades and recognition these young wines are bound to earn in the future, as they continue to captivate wine enthusiasts worldwide.
