Tikveš showcased wine industry trends at the “Weekend Food Festival 2024”

From April 19 to 21, Rovinj, Croatia hosted the “Weekend Food Festival” for the third consecutive year, gathering experts and professionals from food and beverage, hospitality, and tourism industry to explore current trends and the future of gastronomy.

The event featured a diverse three-day program with presentations and panel discussions led by renowned chefs and prominent figures in the culinary world. Part of the program was also the special masterclass “Tikveš Châteaux & Domaines – Terroir in a glass,” where our wines from specific micro-locations were showcased as expressions of their unique climates.

Attendees not only learned about our wines and the winery’s expertise but also had the privilege of hearing about the inspiring career journey of Tikveš Chairman of the Board of Directors, Svetozar Janevski, in the session titled “Talk with a legend.”

During the dynamic dialogue, Svetozar Janevski shared important information about current issues in the wine industry, highlighting the importance of continuous investment in employee development, modernization and the use of artificial intelligence and digital tools in viticulture, as well as the use of modern technology and standards for an effective fight against climate change and for the sustainable development of the winery.

The festival provided an excellent platform for exchanging experiences on the latest industry trends and underscored the regional influence of Tikveš in shaping the future of the food and beverage industry.
