Aged in new oak casks for 12 months
Deep ruby red coloured wine with pronounced black fruit aromas, rounded off with notes of black pepper, smoke and tar. Full-bodied with medium acidity, flavours of black fruits and toast on the palate, this dry red wine has soft and ripe tannins and a long finish. Pairs exquisitely with roasted duck breast, lamb and venison in red wine sauce at 16-18°C.
