In the heart of Macedonia, the Babuna region is noted for viticulture, thanks to a climate influenced by Mount Klepa and the rivers Babuna and Vardar. Its diverse, nutrient-rich soils on sloped terrains create an exceptional terroir for grape cultivation. The local biodiversity, with over 50 plant species, enriches the microclimate, vital for the unique maturation of grapes.
The distinctiveness of the terroir also stems from a blend of continental and Mediterranean climates. Our estate is uniquely enveloped on three sides by these two rivers, forming a natural microclimate that cushions temperature extremes and fosters the gradual ripening of grapes. This process is essential for the pronounced aromas and rich flavors of our wines.
