The premium red wine “Cabernet & Merlot Oak Edition 2017” received the special award “Best of Show” at the biggest regional wine competition “Balkan International Wine Competition 2019”, which was held for the eighth time in Sofia, Bulgaria and was attended by all the major wine producers from the countries of the Balkans and beyond. Additional seven wines from the Tikveš Chateaux & Domaines brand platform won medals. At the same time, gold medals were awarded to three wines whereas two wines received silver and bronze medals.

In addition to regional contests, Tikveš wines continue to win high prizes and recognitions on reputable wine competitions that are organized globally. Thus, the red wine “Barovo” from the 2016 harvest was awarded a silver medal at the renowned wine contest “Selections Mondiales des Vins” held in Canada.
