The wines of Tikveš and the “terroir” wines from the new brand-platform “Tikveš Chateaux & Domaines” were highly successful at one of the biggest and most influential world wine competitions – “Decanter”, held in London for the 16th time. The premium red ‘terroir’ wine “Barovo” from the 2016 harvest won the gold medal in the competition of over 16,500 wines from 57 countries.

In addition, at the annual World Wine Competition “Decanter” silver medals were awarded to four premium wines and other four wines were awarded bronze medals, while six premium wines of “Tikveš” and “Tikveš Chateaux “Tikveš Chateaux & Domaines” received special praise.
