BAROVO (WHITE)
A complex Sauvignon blanc with a lemon-yellow color and medium intensity with accentuated aromas of green apple, lime, vine peach, passion fruit and light grassy notes, spiced with vanilla and buttery aromas. Apricot, spicy white pepper, toast and vanilla can be noted on the palate, as well as a subtle mineral saltiness. Well balanced with a lightly oily texture as well as a long and refreshing finish.
