Medium lemon coloured wine with pronounced aromas of orange peel, mango and white peach, complemented with hints of white chocolate, coconut and vanilla derived of 6 months ageing in oak casks. It is a full-bodied wine with a palate of ripe stone fruit of which peach dominates accompanied with subtle toast and minerality. Pairs exquisitely with pasta in creamy sauce, salmon and feta cheese. Best served at 12-14°C.
