On the palate, this 100% pure dry Cabernet Franc displays sour cherry, red pepper and kirsch while exhibiting perfectly balanced flavours, medium body, ripe tannins and a lingering finish. Goes hand in hand with grilled pork loin, turkey and rabbit at 16-18 °C.
